Orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business days.
Any items still in transit to the boutique will ship out as soon as they arrive onsite.
Products will be shipped to an address designated by the customer upon checkout.
CUSTOMERS should have a secure and safe place for delivery of their orders or they need to select “signature required” shipping. We are not responsible for porch theft, addresses incorrectly entered by the customer, or packages that go missing after their delivery is confirmed by the courier.
Returned packages will be charged the cost of postage to resend the package.
Packages that were shipped for free initially will be charged the full cost to re-ship the package.
5 Dollar Frosting LLC is not responsible for circumstances delaying your delivery outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, post office delays or severe winter storm. Once your package has been scanned as received by USPS, it is out of our hands. 5 Dollar Frosting LLC does not have any control over packages lost by USPS, delays or missing items.
If you choose to pay for shipping insurance for your order, any items lost or damaged in shipping, the customer should report and submit a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number.
If you chose not to insure your package at checkout, any items lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of 5 Dollar Frosting LLC and you would need to direct any inquiries and complaints directly to USPS.com or your local post office. If your package goes missing or is exceptionally delayed in transit, please submit a claim at USPS.com or at your local post office. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate which is an issue with the USPS, not our site
Returns are only accepted on MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. There are times when small pieces of the jewelry may wiggle loose during shipping (e.g., jump rings, loose stone) and only need a minor adjustment or a dot of glue (we recommend E6000). Items that include elastic closure may be slightly visible. These are NOT manufacturer defects and are INELIGIBLE for return. If a manufacturer defect is determined after a picture is sent and reviewed by our staff, the item will need to be returned within 5 days of return approval. Once item is received by our staff, a refund will be issued.
All Jewelry Sales are final. Sorry, no returns if you change your mind. If any items are missing or defective upon receipt, please notify Kelly (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 business days WITH PHOTOS. Please note that your orders are packaged in front of a camera, so we can verify that items were placed in the package should you let us know that we accidentally forgot something!
order is returned to sender by the post office, customer will be responsible for actual shipping costs to re-send the order. If a refund is processed, the order will be refunded MINUS the actual shipping costs for sending the package, even if the order qualified for free shipping. Please double check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by the customer entering an incorrect address.
In the event that the customer requests to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, the order is subject to a $5 restocking fee.
Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return (see section above regarding MANUFACTURER DEFECTS). Also, if more than 3 business days have passed since your order was confirmed as delivered, your item is no longer eligible for a return or credit.
SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
